Job Summary

We are looking for an Electrician in Menomonie, WI. This role is a 12‑hour shift on a 2‑2‑3 schedule (6pm to 6am, after 6months of training the schedule changes to days). The starting wage is $36.02 per hour plus shift differential.

Sign‑on bonus: $7,500.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Investigate and resolve electrical, mechanical, or operational issues using advanced problem‑solving methods.
• Install and wire motors, switch panels, fuse boxes, and power circuits for operational efficiency.
• Create and update detailed layouts of electrical circuits and components.
• Apply expertise in PLC programming and work with Allen‑Bradley systems, including VFDs and 4‑20mA circuits.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and increase workplace safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent with trade‑school certification.
• Three or more years of experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Hands‑on experience with Allen‑Bradley technology, PLC hardware, PLC software, AC and DC circuits, and 440 MCCs.
• Preferred experience with Logix5, 500, and Studio
  5000 code development.
• Strong focus on maintaining high safety standards.
