This position follows a 2‑2‑3 schedule, meaning employees work two or three consecutive days followed by two or three consecutive days off. Schedules alternate weekly, resulting in 3 to 4 shifts per week.

Employees will be assigned to either straight day shifts or straight night shifts (no rotation). Limited positions are available for each shift.

Shift Times:

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Post‑secondary degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field preferred (e.g., Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Machining).
• Two years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field preferred;
  five years of experience accepted in lieu of a post‑secondary degree.
• Working knowledge of belt and chain drives, gearboxes, line shafts, pumps, and bearings.
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls.
• Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Familiarity with shop equipment: drill press, band saw, hydraulic press, and hand tools.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices, including proper use of required PPE.

• Perform preventive maintenance and daily equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues (up to 480V).
• Complete repairs, facility upkeep, and production support.
• Work with welding, fabrication, machining, and basic electrical tasks.
• Follow safety standards and use required PPE.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams.

• Experience in industrial electrical, mechanical, machining, or welding.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in heat or outdoor conditions.
• Solid attendance and a positive, team‑focused attitude.

Competitive starting wage: $28.20/hr
