Bill’s Distributing, Ltd. is an industry leader in beverage distribution. We are a family owned and operated company since 1954 and we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Better 4U Vending team as a Vending Order Picker. The person in this position is responsible for supporting the vending department by picking orders and loading bins according to the day’s routes.

• Prepare for each daily vending route by:
• Picking product from warehouse according to system generated pick list in a timely and efficient manner
• Loading machine product bins into company vehicle for delivery
• Unload and put away new loads of product on racking
• Understand and adhere to all BDL policies and procedures regarding product quality
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Basic math and reading skills
• Maintains current knowledge of entire Better 4U brand portfolio
• Uses a tablet to assist with picking product
• Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively

• Ability to lift/move case product or materials, up to 25 lbs often, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to use hands for phone or computer work; reach with hands and arms for various activities; sit frequently or for extended periods

Sunday-Wednesday work schedule 6 hours per day (24 hours per week). Work time is flexible schedule is approximately 9am-3pm but can discuss to be flexible
