Vending Order Picker

Bills Distributing, Ltd. is an industry leader in beverage distribution. We are a family owned and operated company since 1954 and we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Better 4U Vending team as a Vending Order Picker. The person in this position is responsible for supporting the vending department by picking orders and loading bins according to the days routes.

Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare for each daily vending route by:
• Picking product from warehouse according to system generated pick list in a timely and efficient manner
• Loading machine product bins into company vehicle for delivery
• Unloading and putting away new loads of product on racking
• Understanding and adhering to all BDL policies and procedures regarding product quality
• Performing other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Necessary

Skills and Abilities:

• Basic math and reading skills
• Maintains current knowledge of entire Better 4U brand portfolio
• Good attention to detail
• Uses a tablet to assist with picking product
• Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move case product or materials, up to 25 lbs often, up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to use hands for phone or computer work; reach with hands and arms for various activities; sit frequently or for extended periods

Working Conditions/Environment:

• Work is performed primarily in a warehouse setting
