Shift and Pay- Shift: Fixed day shift
- Starting Pay: $22.78 per hour (increases throughout the first year)
As an Inventory Cycle Counter
, you will be part of a team that keeps inventory accurate and materials moving safely and efficiently. This role is a great fit for individuals who want a structured work schedule, benefits starting on your first day, and opportunities to grow.

- Follow safe work behaviors and look out for hazards
- Perform cycle counts in the warehouse, production areas, and off‑site storage areas
- Accurately scan and verify loads
- Meter and prepare packages to ship all packages for shipping carriers or courier services, including secured and hazardous materials
- Operate forklift trucks and scissor lifts and perform work on elevated platforms up to 30 feet high
- Perform material handling work as needed
- High School Diploma or GED (completed before the start date)
- Ability to work 8 to 12‑hour shifts and overtime as required
- Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, or merchandising
- Reliable transportation to Menomonie, WI or relocation before starting
- Basic computer, scanning, and data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience operating Powered Industrial Vehicles safely
- Experience performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Ability to work comfortably at elevated heights
- Post high‑school education or training
- Self‑motivated, dependable, and team‑oriented work style
- Ability to safely handle packages and materials throughout the shift
- May include up to 5% domestic travel
- Relocation assistance not available
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for an employment visa status
