Executive & Personal Assistant

Job Description

Elevate Global Consulting is hiring a full-time Personal & Executive Assistant to support the owner across her business and personal life. This is a hands-on, trusted right-hand role — no two days look the same. You’ll split time between Mentor.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and pay bills, track due dates, and keep financial records organized
• Schedule and confirm all appointments, meetings, and travel
• Pack and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Coordinate cleaners, contractors, and vendors, and set their schedules
• Keep the home clean and organized — this is a regular part of the role
• Run errands and handle whatever comes up day to day
• Work from daily, weekly, and monthly task lists to keep everything on track

What we’re looking for:

• Highly trustworthy and discreet — you’ll have access to accounts and personal information
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable juggling priorities without hand-holding
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursed)
• Comfortable with household cleaning and organizing
• Strong communication, in person and by text/email
• Background check and confidentiality agreement required
