Auto Systems Centers, part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring full‑time Assistant and Service Managers for its state‑of‑the‑art service, repair, and tire center in Mentor, Ohio.

Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective operation of the retail location. Enforces policies, schedules mechanics and technicians, manages outside orders, ensures quality and timely job completion, meets customer expectations, and maintains team safety.

Assists customers with tire selections and under‑car repair recommendations. Directs workflow of mechanics, alignment, and tire technicians while driving sales initiatives. Communicates with customers, provides repair information, ensures customer satisfaction, and meets expectations.

• At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Values dependability, teamwork, and quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
