Classic Hyundai in Mentor, Ohio is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our growing team.

We are looking for an ambitious service professional with at least one (1) year of experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in an automotive dealership or professional automotive repair facility.

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle service and repair needs
• Prepare accurate repair orders and clearly communicate recommended services
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Review estimates, timelines, and completed repairs with customers
• Coordinate with technicians and other service department personnel
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
• Provide a professional, positive customer experience from arrival through vehicle delivery
• Build long-term customer relationships through communication, follow-up, and exceptional service

• Minimum one (1) year of professional Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience required
• Dealership or automotive repair facility experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced service environment
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Desire to grow professionally and advance within the organization
