The Office Lead serves as the on-site point of contact for daily operations within the clinic. This role supports team coordination, workflow efficiency, and patient experience while assisting the organization in maintaining standards and expectations.

• Serve as the daytoday lead for front and backoffice staff
• Support daily workflow, patient flow, and scheduling coordination
• Assist onboarding of new team members as needed
• Reinforce company policies, procedures, and expectations
• Help monitor attendance, punctuality, and team accountability
• Address minor employee concerns and elevate to HR/leadership when appropriate
• Ensure a high level of patient service and office organization
• Ensure compliance at the local level with HIPAA, X Ray requirements, HR requirements and other state and federal legal/regulatory requirements
• Assist with implementation of process improvements as needed
• Place supplies orders
• Manage and / or elevate matters related to repairs, maintenance, IT, and day to day operational issues

• 13 years of experience in a medical office setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to support and guide team members in a fastpaced environment
• Emerging leadership capabilities
• MA experience preferred
