We are seeking a qualified professional to monitor and report on compliance of residential and multi-family development projects.
Responsibilities- Monitoring work for compliance with plans and specifications.
- Preparing written reports, calculations, client interface, and related work items.
- Monitoring heavy highway, water & wastewater works, underground utility installation, and municipal infrastructure improvements.
- 3+ years of experience inspecting residential/multi-family development projects.
- Knowledge of codes and regulations:
Familiarity with local, state, and national building codes, zoning regulations, construction standards, and a good understanding of construction safety practices. - Attention to detail:
Demonstrate keen attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents.
The starting hourly rate range for this position is $25 - $35 per hour, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and certifications.
