- Lead and supervise a crew of 2-3 team members on outdoor construction projects.
- Interpret blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate and efficient execution.
- Oversee hardscape installations, managing materials, equipment, and job site logistics.
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
- Train and mentor crew members, fostering skill development and teamwork.
- Monitor project progress to ensure quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in snow operations during winter months to help maintain safe community spaces.
- Promote and enforce safety standards and company policies on every job site.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate construction equipment.
- Experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.
