Customer Service Representative

Now hiring a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing company in Mentor for 1st shift, 8am – 4pm.

Monday – Friday

Weekly pay at $17 per hour.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing support to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing and product specifications.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Address and resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist in preparing quotes, invoices, and other necessary documents.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Computer skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
