Service Reservations Specialist & Customer Care

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain Customer for Life service at all times
• Thorough knowledge of all dealership services
• Generate service reservations via proactive inbound and outbound calling
• Communicate effectively with Customers / Prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, chat requests, email)
• Answer questions and direct Customers to information resources
• Assist Customers in setting service reservations
• Check messages constantly and respond to inquiries immediately
• Communicate effectively with the Service team
• Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Strong computer and technology skills are required
• Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Applicants are also required to have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Complete and pass a background check and drug test as a condition of employment

Weekly draw plus monthly commission
