• Answer inbound service calls, emails, and online appointment requests
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service advisors
• Make outbound follow‑up calls for maintenance reminders, declined services, and upcoming appointments
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information in dealership systems
• Provide outstanding customer service and communication throughout the service process
• Support service department operations through consistent customer engagement and organization
• Assist in achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals

• Friendly, professional, and customer‑service‑oriented attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license preferred
