Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr)

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr). The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face interaction. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support in home city branches or airport locations.

• 8585 Mentor Ave Mentor, OH

This is a full time position with a starting rate of pay $16.50/hour based on a 40 hour work week.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
