About The Opportunity
The Technician will be performing tasks to develop and support the Momentum platform. These tasks vary from PDM management to developing Driveworks, Solidworks and SQL solutions for the Momentum process requirements.
Key Duties And Responsibilities- Provide input regarding the development and support of the Momentum platform.
- Complete assigned tasks in the required manner and time frame.
- Design, develop, and maintain the software following internal or external specifications, following general ORBIS Corporation programming practices and procedures.
- Support Momentum, Driveworks, Solidworks, and PDM Users.
- Create and/or edit CAD models to be used within the momentum platform.
- Provide application/platform problem research and resolution.
- Provide maintenance duties on various platforms including outside data.
- Assist in training and support during implementation.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
- Support requests. How many received and closed in a time frame. How many are turned into enhancements for the platform.
- Process time reduction. How much time can be saved in a process or chain of processes to better serve ORBIS’s customers.
- How many new features or enhancements were initiated and completed by the technician.

3 years in manufacturing and or software development

7 years in manufacturing and or software development
- An understanding of process and logic mapping.
- Knowledge of business and manufacturing processes.
- Microsoft office with strong focus on Excel.
- MS SQL.
- Solidworks and Solidworks EPDM.
- Driveworks.
- General Programming knowledge VBA, Visual Basic, .Net, C##.
