- Participate as an integral member of project team from start to finish for multiple project types and sizes.
- Complete tasks with little to minimal supervision including site surveying, due diligence, code compliance, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting and construction administration
- Professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited university
- Architecture registration is preferred but not required
- 3+ years of related architectural design experience
- Excellent time management and project organization skills
- Detail-oriented with an attention to quality and design
- Strong REVIT skills and technical understanding desired, along with proficiency in Enscape, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong interpersonal & written communication skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable
