We are looking for an experienced and dependable Lead Preschool Teacher who is ready to take ownership of the classroom and create meaningful learning experiences for young children.

This is a lead teaching position—not a co-lead or assistant role. We are seeking a confident educator who understands child development, can manage a classroom effectively, and is excited to make a positive impact on children and families.

• Lead a safe, nurturing, organized, and engaging preschool classroom
• Plan and implement creative, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Support each child’s academic, social, emotional, and physical development
• Encourage curiosity, independence, confidence, and a love of learning
• Establish consistent classroom routines and positive behavior-guidance strategies
• Observe children’s development and document their progress
• Build positive, professional relationships with children and families
• Communicate regularly with families about classroom activities and their child’s progress
• Guide and collaborate with classroom support staff
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-managed learning environment
• Work closely with school leadership to uphold our high-quality program standards
• Follow all center policies and Ohio childcare licensing requirements

• Previous preschool or early childhood classroom experience is required
• A minimum of a Preschool CDA is required
• An associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
• Strong classroom-management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Dependability, professionalism, and excellent communication skills
• The ability to bring both enthusiasm and patience into the classroom
• A positive team member who takes pride in providing high-quality care and education
• Must meet all applicable Ohio childcare licensing requirements
