Serving as municipal engineer to 60 communities, we specialize in a wide range of areas including civil engineering, transportation, architecture, and water management. Based in Mentor, OH, we are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and fostering long-term client relationships.

Hybrid Work Model:
Onsite 3 days/week

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience required

Professional

Qualifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) license mandatory

Salary Range: $100K- $135K, plus year-end bonus

Reporting Structure:
Directly reports to the VP of the US Central Market

Interview Process: 2 total interviews (1) Virtual interview (2) Onsite interview

Key Competencies and Requirements:

• Strong technical background in Electrical Engineering, focusing on both low and high voltage systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting electrical construction drawings
• Experience with bid document preparation for various projects including New Buildings, Renovations, Pump Stations, Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants, and Roadway Lighting
• Ability to coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines including Architectural, Mechanical, Structural, and Process Engineering
• Skilled in site visits for investigating and recording existing conditions
• Capacity to analyze existing and proposed electrical loads, sizing electrical services, feeders, and branch circuits
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach
• Self-starter with strong self-motivation and the ability to drive projects forward independently
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset towards implementing innovative ideas and procedures
