Component Repair Technologies Inc. (CRT) is an FAA certificated repair station specializing in gas turbine engine component repairs for air, land, and sea. We are a Safran Aircraft Engines company Center of Excellence for the repair of large jet engine parts in the Americas.

Providing precision turbine engine component inspection, repair and overhaul services for the world’s leading turbine engine manufacturers and major airlines since 1985.
Responsibilities- Lead the Weld Department during the assigned shift and supervise the weld team to meet customer goals.
- Ensure scheduled work is executed safely and in a systematic manner so that qualified technicians can perform the assigned tasks.
- Monitor work completion and verify that quality standards are met.
- Technical experience with Gas Tungsten Arc Welding ( TIG ) and CNC welding in the repair and modification of turbine engine components, primarily in the aerospace field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Accuweld and CMT welding processes.
