Avery Dennison’s North America Operations Early Career Program (OECP) offers a 24-month training curriculum in engineering-related roles across multiple sites. You will gain hands-on experience in Lean, Six Sigma and process improvement while rotating through manufacturing environments and distribution centers.
The program requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and internship/co-op experience, with relocation to sites such as Perris, CA;
Mount Prospect, IL;
Greenfield, IN;
Lowell, IN; or
