Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately
• Balance cash drawer daily, investigate discrepancies, and follow cash-handling controls
• Educate members on digital banking tools, online services, and security best practices
• Verify identification, authenticate transactions, and comply with KYC/AML policies
• Promote credit union products and services that align with member needs
• Resolve basic account issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams
• Maintain detailed and accurate transaction records within core banking systems
• Support branch operations, including opening/closing procedures and reporting
