- Maintain medication carts and proper record‑keeping.
- Be proactive with assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Age 18 or older.
- Appropriately certified per state guidelines, with active certification in good standing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with co‑workers.
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude, loving our residents.
- Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
- Fit for a role that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and support after a fall.
- Criminally cleared.
- Good health, physically and mentally capable of assigned tasks; must pass a health screening by a physician no more than 6 months before or 7 days after employment, including a tuberculosis test at time of screening and annually thereafter.
