• Act as an Advocate of Empathy:

• Ensure the proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and proper record‑keeping.
• Be proactive with assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

• Age 18 or older.
• Appropriately certified per state guidelines, with active certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with co‑workers.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude, loving our residents.
• Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
• Fit for a role that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and support after a fall.
• Criminally cleared.
• Good health, physically and mentally capable of assigned tasks; must pass a health screening by a physician no more than 6 months before or 7 days after employment, including a tuberculosis test at time of screening and annually thereafter.
