As a Senior Helpers of Portage/Geauga In Home Caregiver, you make a lasting impact that betters the lives of our clients and their families. Senior Helpers of Portage/Geauga caregivers provide one‑on‑one personal care to help clients remain safe and independent in their home.

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
• Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrap booking, gardening, games, etc.)
• Prep meals for your clients to enjoy
• Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living
• Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
• Pass Background Check
• Valid Drivers License
• Current Auto Insurance
• Preferred – Experience in‑home, assisted living, or facility caregiving
• You are passionate about helping others
• You enjoy customer service and communicating with clients
• You want to help your community and make a difference in someone’s life
