Signature Health is seeking a Specialist, Residential Care to provide direct care-support in a residential facility. You will work closely with the Clinical Team to support residents’ daily tasks and contribute to a positive therapeutic milieu.
Responsibilities include assisting with meals and activities, transporting residents to appointments, documenting medication administration, and reporting on resident progress during shift changes.
