As a Caregiver / Home Health Aide, you will provide compassionate, non-medical care to seniors and adults in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Providing companionship and social support
• Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping
• Assisting with mobility, walking, and transfers
• Providing medication reminders
• Accompanying clients to errands and appointments when appropriate
• Following individualized care plans
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Promoting client safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life

We welcome applicants with experience as Caregivers, HHAs, PCAs, CNAs, STNAs, DSPs, Resident Assistants, and other related care professionals.

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to safely assist clients with daily activities and mobility

Our caregivers serve clients throughout Geauga and Lake Counties, including:
Chardon, Chagrin Falls, Mentor, Kirtland, Painesville, Middlefield, Burton, Chesterland, and surrounding communities.
