• Recruitment Leadership
  • Drive full‑cycle recruiting for key roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver top talent quickly.
• Strategic HR Partnership
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Onboarding Excellence
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Employee Relations
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employee questions and assist with resolving issues.
• Performance & Engagement
  • Support performance review processes and coach managers on feedback and goal‑setting.
• Special Projects
  • Lead HR initiatives such as engagement programs, DEI efforts, and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, including strong recruiting expertise.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM‑CP/SCP) preferred.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and proactive mindset.
