Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR technology and solutions
  • Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance, preferably in HR systems
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems, as well as testing methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced data analysis and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing HR solutions
  • HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
