We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, Human Resources, payroll preparation, accounting functions, and employee record management.
The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, enjoys working with people, and can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
Responsibilities Human Resources- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees.
- Prepare hiring paperwork and employee onboarding documents.
- Maintain confidential employee personnel files.
- Keep employee training records current and organized.
- Assist with benefits and HR administrative tasks.
- Ensure employee records remain accurate and up to date.
- Review employee daily time sheets for accuracy.
- Calculate regular and overtime hours.
- Prepare payroll information for processing through ADP Total Source.
- Maintain attendance and timekeeping records.
- Enter vendor invoices into the accounting/ERP system.
- Assist with Accounts Payable processing.
- Create and distribute customer invoices.
- Maintain organized records and supporting documentation.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Greet visitors and assist customers as needed.
- Scan, copy, file, and organize company documents.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist with general office projects and administrative duties.
- Support various departments as needed.
- High school diploma required;
Associate degree preferred. - 2+ years of office administration experience preferred.
- Experience with payroll or timekeeping.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Customer service mindset with a positive attitude.
Experience with :
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
