• Recruiting experience in light industrial and skilled trades
• Staffing agency recruiting experience (preferred)
• Strong computer and typing skills (45 WPM+)
• ATS experience
• Confidence using Linked In, Facebook, Indeed, and modern recruiting technology
• The drive to compete, win, and continuously improve
