- Provide comprehensive HR support across two manufacturing facilities
- Lead and manage hourly recruiting and onboarding processes
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail while supporting day-to-day HR operations
- Serve as a responsive partner to the leadership team and the broader workforce
- Support key HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Bachelor s degree (BS/BA) required
- Bilingual skills are a plus
