Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- EBS Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA and CM
- Total IT experience: 15-20 yrs.
- Min 12 yrs hands‑on implementation/support experience in EBS Financial Modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM). Additional knowledge of Costing (discrete/process) is an advantage.
- Min 2 yrs experience in Oracle Finance cloud.
- Ability to relate product functionality to business processes and offer implementation advice for various business scenarios using Oracle EBS Financials.
- Strong technical debugging skills using SQL, PL/SQL, Reports, etc.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Strong customer interactions and service orientation to understand critical situations, provide responses, mobilize resources and set realistic expectations.
- Strong operations management and innovation orientation to continually improve processes, methods, tools, and utilities.
- Strong learning orientation to keep abreast of emerging business models, application solutions, product features and technology; use learning to deliver daily value to customers.
- High flexibility; agile in fast‑changing business and organizational environments.
- Create and maintain documentation for architecture, design, technical, implementation, support and test activities.
- Experience with OAF, Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, SQL procedure development.
- Good if the associate is CA/CPA.

- Strong learning orientation; keep abreast of emerging business models, application solutions, product features, technology.
$160,000 to $170,000 per annum.
