Design and lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Field Service, Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds, ensuring they meet business objectives and technical standards.;
Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance models, while guiding technical teams through complex architectural decisions.;
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs, and architect secure, scalable integrations with external platforms.;
Monitor and optimize system performance, enforce security and compliance protocols, and ensure all Salesforce implementations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.;
Mentor developers, architects, and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and innovation across the Salesforce team.
