Drive company delivery vehicle between vendors and other designated areas;
Coordinate shipping and trucking companies and prepare shipment paperwork, including customs documentation for PCC customers;
Proactively communicate issues, shortages, or problems to Operations Manager, indirect purchasing, and/or Customer Services Representatives;
Prepare labels, waybills, export declarations, certifications, government forms, and BOL;
Proactively communicate issues, shortages, or problems to Operations Manager, indirect purchasing, and/or Customer Services Representatives;
Track inventory on shipping containers and supplies
