Powers Roofing & Exteriors is hiring a Sales Manager in Mentor, OH!
The Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and leading a high-performing sales team that consistently achieves company revenue goals. This role owns sales team performance, accountability, forecasting, recruiting, training, and continuous improvement of the sales process.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Lead and manage all sales personnel by establishing clear performance standards, conducting weekly one-on-one and team meetings, and maintaining a positive, competitive sales environment
- Develop and maintain an active recruiting pipeline to ensure that the sales team remains appropriately staffed to achieve company goals
- Facilitate onboarding for all new sales personnel and train team members on products, services, systems, and sales processes
- Monitor and report on KPIs and coach sales team members accordingly
- Develop and maintain accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
- Ensure CRM accuracy and compliance
Evaluate sales performance trends and increase close rates and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and production flow
- Support company growth initiatives and strategic objective
- Proven sales leadership experience
- Strong coaching and training abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing KPIs and accountability systems
- CRM proficiency
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals
- Home improvement, roofing, restoration, or construction industry experience
- Experience building and scaling sales teams
- Experience implementing sales systems and processes
- Demonstrated success leading revenue growth initiatives
- Base salary $50,000 + Commission
