The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Mentor, OH. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. This role leads and trains team members, sets schedules, and ensures that guests receive fast, friendly, and accurate service. The Store Manager is responsible for maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring quality products and speed of service go hand-in-hand, and meeting sales and profitability goals.
The position also involves handling guest feedback, resolving issues in a professional manner, and supporting promotional initiatives and brand standards.
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Store Management experience in a restaurant or retail environment, including supervising staff, managing schedules, and overseeing daily operations.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members, provide clear direction, and interact professionally with guests.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Mentor, OH, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proven leadership skills, including coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Basic math and computer skills for POS use, reporting, and inventory tracking.
- Previous supervisory experience in food service or retail is preferred
