The Plumbing Manager will manage all personnel and activity of the service and install departments of the company. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: implementing strategies to achieve the financial goals of the two departments and overseeing all aspects of the Plumbing technicians they relate to scheduling, training, and supervision. Collaboration between departments is required for the department to run smoothly and to give the best quality of service to the client.??
PositionEntails Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of plumbing technicians and support staff.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure technical proficiency and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage scheduling and dispatching of technicians for service calls and installations.
- Ensure all work is completed to company standards and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolution of service issues.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Minimum of 7 years of service and/or installation experience??
- Proven experience in service management or a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical/drug screen and background check.
- Valid driver’s license with a solid driving record; ability to obtain a chauffeur’s license if needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, analyze and solve problems, and work independently as well as in teams.
