Fabrication Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Manager to lead and develop our fabrication team in the manufacturing of OEM machinery. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with a background in supervising people, production schedules, equipment, and materials in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, with a proven ability to execute on production objectives and drive consistent operational performance.

This role requires a results‑driven professional who is safety‑focused, detail‑oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. The Fabrication Manager will be responsible for translating production plans into daily execution — ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Success in this role requires disciplined planning, strong follow‑through, and the ability to maintain momentum against established production targets.

By aligning people, processes, and equipment to clearly defined objectives, the Fabrication Manager will drive efficiency, improve on‑time delivery performance, and support long‑term operational capability growth.

• Lead, manage, and develop a production team to meet daily and long‑term manufacturing goals.
• Plan and oversee production schedules, equipment utilization, and material flow to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure products are fabricated to meet quality standards, delivery timelines, and customer requirements.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Implement and sustain efficient manufacturing practices, including continuous improvement and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with engineering, material planning, and production management to resolve production challenges.
• Track and report production performance metrics, including labor, efficiency, and material usage.
• Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety.
• Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program.
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and production software tools to manage schedules, reports, and documentation.

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build a skilled and engaged workforce by coaching team members.
• Experience and familiarity in metal fabrication is desired; including plasma/laser cutting, machining, welding, and assembly experience with OEM‑fabrications preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to manage production schedules, equipment, and materials in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
• Safety conscious mindset with a track record of enforcing compliance.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
