Role Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Machinist – Entry Level is a role for an individual with limited experience but eagerness to learn in manual and CNC lathes, who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in producing exceptional components.

Responsibilities
  • Perform set up on manual lathes and CNC lathes
  • Verify conformance of finished work piece(s) to specifications using various measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
  • Review drawings, instructions, and blueprints to ensure accurate production
  • Load and unload parts, operating multiple machines as needed
  • Stay on task and ensure current day scheduled work is completed on time
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • CSI
  • UKG
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Education:

    High School Diploma/GED;
    Technical Program Certification is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 1–2 years of experience operating a manual lathe and CNC lathes required.
    • 1–2 years’ experience setting up manual machines preferred.
    • Familiar with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
    • Familiar with reading blueprints
    • Familiar with Proto

      TRAK (preferred)
Soft Skills
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement.
Work Environment
  • Fast‑paced, high‑tech manufacturing environment.
  • Requires working closely with production and engineering teams on‑site.
Compensation And Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $21.00–$23.00 per hour.
