• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed

• Proficient in daily use of Smart Factory, including filling scheduling
  
  Strong general computer skills
  
  Certified PIT operator
• Ability and willingness to fill in as production operator as needed.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with ability to coach and provide guidance
  
  Thorough knowledge of plant safety rules, policies, and regulations, with the ability to enforce them.
• Strong understanding and commitment of 5S principles and accountability ensuring 5S activities are completed and sustained.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to collaborate with all departments
• Strong organizational and time management skills to support daily production needs
• Dependable attendance record with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability

The hourly payrange for this role is $24.00 and $38.00
. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt,and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position maybe eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.

The Company also offers acomprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation willdepend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
