Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and motivated General Laborer to support daily operations in our powder coating manufacturing facility. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. The General Laborer will assist with material handling, part preparation, cleaning, and general shop support while following all safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Load, unload, and move parts and materials throughout the facility.
- Prepare parts for powder coating (hanging, masking, cleaning, and inspecting).
- Assist with packing, labeling, and staging finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- No prior manufacturing experience required (training provided)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
