Production Supervisor - Visual​/Dimensional Inspection; 1st Shift

JOB SUMMARY

The Inspection Department Supervisor (Visual/Dimensional Inspection) is responsible for leading the daily operations, personnel, and performance of the Inspection Department during their assigned shift. This role requires a technically proficient leader who can effectively manage workflow, ensure compliance with quality standards, develop team members, and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in visual and dimensional inspection, demonstrated leadership experience, and the ability to balance hands‑on technical responsibilities with team leadership and accountability.

The supervisor will foster a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and employee development while ensuring departmental and customer expectations are consistently achieved.

The position will perform these important tasks from an all‑new state‑of‑the‑art building with ultra‑modern technology and equipment throughout.
