Our client in Lake County, OH is seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to support label production operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience operating servo‑driven narrow web flexographic presses and a strong understanding of label printing processes. #2931ST
Key Requirements- Direct experience operating Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, Omet
, or similar servo‑driven narrow web presses - Proven background in label printing and flexographic production environments
- Ability to perform press setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and quality control checks
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a production setting
- Flexographic printing
- Pressure‑sensitive label production
- Digital hybrid press operation
- Printing and packaging manufacturing environments
- Set up and operate flexographic printing equipment
- Load substrates, install tooling, mount plates, and adjust press settings
- Monitor print quality and ensure production efficiency
- Troubleshoot printing and equipment issues
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press equipment
- Minimize downtime and reduce material waste
