Visual/Stone Operator Lead (3rd shift)

This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of the visual/stone team during the 3rd shift. The lead will ensure that all team members are performing their duties efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the visual/stone team.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Addressing and resolving any operational issues that arise during the shift.
• Providing training and support to team members as needed.
• Maintaining accurate records of production and quality control.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of visual/stone operations and processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
