Machine Operator
Location: Lake County, OH
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $24.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $26.00/hour
- 3rd Shift: Sunday Night-Friday Morning | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $26.00/hour

Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a stable career with a growing manufacturer? We’re hiring Machine Operators to set up, operate, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities- Set up production machines by installing tooling according to setup sheets.
- Make machine adjustments to produce quality parts within specifications.
- Work with Quality Control to verify first-piece inspections and setup approval.
- Operate production equipment efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform routine tooling changes and machine adjustments.
- Complete quality documentation using a computer.
- Load raw materials into the machine.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment clean and organized.
- Remove burrs and chips from finished parts as needed.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Computer literacy for production and quality documentation.
- Ability to understand written and verbal work instructions.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Stand for 6+ hours per shift.
- Lift and move 35-pound containers throughout the shift.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Good hand dexterity for machine adjustments and loading materials.
- Ability to visually inspect parts for quality defects.
- Walk throughout the manufacturing facility as needed.
