- - Responsibilities:
Perform assembly using lean principles and one-piece flow to produce high-quality medical devices;
Learn and follow detailed work instructions to ensure quality and consistency;
Assemble components through processes such as gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling, and welding using hand tools and bench-top pneumatic presses;
Handle and evaluate the quality of small parts during manufacturing processes;
Troubleshoot simple equipment malfunctions and escalate issues as needed;
Promote and maintain a safe working environment and adhere to PPE requirements
