Precision Tool Grinder

Position Summary

Fives Landis Corp is actively seeking a Precision Tool Grinder to join its team in Concord Twp., Ohio. 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
Starting Pay: $20+/hour (based on experience). Overtime available.

• Operate and maintain manual grinding machines to grind tooling components to exact specifications.
• Inspect parts using optical comparators and similar tools to ensure top‑notch accuracy.
• Maintain high standards for safety, precision, and performance as part of a quality‑driven team.

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Shop math capabilities to calculate dimensions & tolerance
• Mechanical mindset with the ability to use grinding machinery
