Precision Castparts Corp - - Responsibilities:
Train to perform the duties of a Vacuum Casting Technician;
Operate vacuum furnaces, including Equiax, Directional Solidification (D.S.), and Single Crystal furnaces;
Record all required production and process data accurately;
Ram crucibles and assist with furnace setup and changeovers, including D.S. susceptors, coils, and melt coils;
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), engineering specifications, and special lot instructions
