Hire Sync is hiring Assemblers for a well-established manufacturer in Mentor, OH. This company is known for producing high-quality wire brush products used worldwide in a variety of industries. No prior manufacturing experience is required - this is a great opportunity to start your career in production with hands-on training in a clean, stable environment.

Before starting, all candidates will participate in a facility walk-through to get a clear view of the work environment and job expectations.

• Assemble small, thin wire brush components with care and accuracy
• Operate basic assembly equipment as needed
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Use simple gauges and measuring tools to verify part specifications
• Stand in a stationary position for the duration of the shift

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity (right-hand dominant tasks)
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while standing
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-focused
• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
• Previous experience in assembly, food service, or manufacturing is a plus

• Entry-level opportunity - no prior manufacturing experience needed
