We're looking for a detail-oriented team member to join our light assembly production team. In this role, you'll apply epoxy around sieves with precision, ensuring each piece meets our quality standards. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on, meticulous work in a clean, light-factory environment.
What You ll Do

  • Apply epoxy carefully and precisely around sieves according to specifications
  • Inspect completed work for consistency, coverage, and quality
  • Handle materials and finished parts with care to avoid damage or defects
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow established procedures and safety guidelines
  • Report any quality issues, material shortages, or equipment concerns to your supervisor
  • Perform other light assembly duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for precision work
  • Ability to lift light materials as needed
  • Willingness to wear any required safety gear (gloves, etc.)
